This is an example of WOMMA Standard 5 in which we can relate to the customer and believe in her honesty. Since the FTC implemented their guidelines on endorsements and testimonals (also WOMMA Standard 4) we will likely continue to see more reliable and unpretentious feedback from celebrities.
